Jan is a wonderful and caring celebrant, we started organising our ceremony a few months ago and this has been no mean feat with me living in Scotland and my now wife living in Queensland. The time difference was no obstacle. All our wishes were granted by this wedding genie! The ceremony was conducted with the perfect mixture of love, romance and funny moments. Nothing was too much for Jan to accommodate, our personal location was accepted without question, and the seating and arbour was placed in a perfect spot. The paperwork was all organised with such swiftness that the ink was still wet! Jan is a lovely warm human being, who I can tell, puts in as much love to her work, as there is between the couples she is assisting live their lives together. Jan married us for a secret elopement at Buderim Falls and we cannot recommend her highly enough! From our initial contact, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating to our needs (including a sudden date change). On the day of the elopement, Jan was a true professional while also being wonderfully personable. She engaged beautifully with our little boy, making him feel included and comfortable throughout the ceremony. My (now) husband and I absolutely loved having Jan part of our wedding, she made it all the more special. We loved how personable and friendly she was from the very beginning. Jan has also been really flexible through the whole thing. My husband and I got engaged 3 months ago and decided to plan our wedding soon after. As you could imagine, it was quite stressful finding and coordinating everyone at short notice but Jan was amazing and jumped on board strait away. Jan found the time to come and visit us in person to talk through the process and sort out some of the documentation. We weren't the quickest in getting all our paperwork sorted but Jan was very patient and understanding with us along the way. When she visited, Jan made a point of asking us the correct pronunciation of our names, which can be particularly difficult with my husband's Hungarian name but Jan mastered it before the ceremony and said it perfectly which was so lovely and made all the difference for us. We feel privileged to have had Jan as our Celebrant and would recommend Jan to anyone on the Sunshine Coast to create a beautiful and very meaningful ceremony for your wedding day.

Jan was a dream celebrant right from the first email enquiry I sent her. We planned our wedding in just four weeks (!!!) and Jan made it all happen. Jan has excellent constant communication with no question made to feel too much or too hard to do. Jan is a bubble of kindness, joy and positivity who radiates her love of love. She made my husband and I feel taken care of, calm, and organised during the lead up to our wedding- and included in every step of the way. Where do we begin, Jan was beyond amazing throughout this entire process. Jan knew we 1 had no idea what we were doing and 2 time poor between work, a teenager and toddler.
